We would like to apologize for the hiatus. We had to take a
break from this endeavor to perform some real life work. Funding issues
presented themselves with the bandwidth charges we incurred last month. Our
hosting bill is now covered, and we had enough to get a copy of Vista, Fraps
2.9, and many games for DX10 testing. We also acquired 3dmark06 Pro for synthetic benchmarking.
We have one 8800GT and one 8800GTS (640) on our new test bench. The test bed consists of one AMD system and one Intel system. More details when we publish the review. Thanks to everyone who is supporting us. Back to work!

The Institute for Health Freedom has released a statement
covering Google's effort to store Personal Health Records or PHRs. According to
the institute,
"Google's new Personal Health Records (PHRs) prototype provides a model that gives consumers greater control over the flow of their personal health information, than is currently provided under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) rules."

Something that we spend entirely too much money on is the
virtual console for Wii. We love it so much that we have run out of internal memory. To make
matters worse, Nintendo will be expanding their console line up to include the
Commodore 64(C64). The C64 will debut later this year with System 3's "International
Karate" and Graftgold's "Uridium." They will go for 500 Wii points apiece. There is a full list of games on virtual console here.

Combining several personal entertainment devices with add-on
software, a group of guys have managed to form "iBand." The add-on software apps used are iAno, Pocketguitar, iPhonesynth, and
beatphone. They do not
currently have a third iPhone. They utilize a Nintendo DS as a beat device
substitute instead. Due to the response from the community, they are planning on
continuing their efforts. Read on for more videos.
