Since the event was so successful, they expanded the challenge to include all musicians. The RPM 07 challenge saw 850 completed albums in one month, which is an obvious success. They set up a Jukebox here with 8500 songs available for play. The music produced is unique and far from the normal hum produced by the recording industry. It is almost refreshing to hear something different. Not all of the music is the best, but the point of how obsolete record companies are is obvious.

Once again, the month of February is upon us, and RPM reissued the challenge to musicians across the world. Create an album in a month and show the RIAA members that they are obsolete. The official RPM 08 home page has more information. If anyone has any talent, or has wanted to make music, this is the chance to do it. It is not a competition, so there are no winners. It is simply a challenge for the individual to create something without the big companies. We cannot wait to see the results for this year's event. Good Luck to all that enter.
